Multi-tenant SaaS unifying Asana + Klaviyo into one Morning Command Center, powered by two production conversational AI agents.
Most agencies still run their morning on a spreadsheet and a stand-up. Flowstate replaces that with an agent layer. Operational data from Asana and marketing data from Klaviyo sync continuously into a multi-tenant store. On top of it, two specialist Claude agents reason over the data the same way a senior CSM would: ranking what's at risk, surfacing what shipped, flagging what needs the client today. A daily Morning Command Center compresses every client into a single 0–100 health score with a band-specific action. Two on-demand agents — one for operations, one for marketing — answer follow-up questions in plain English, with the SQL and citations visible underneath. The work that used to take a senior CSM ninety minutes every morning now takes the software, and the conversation moves to what to do about it.
Deterministic SQL tools combined with generative reasoning — the hybrid agentic pattern Cognigy frames in their public product talks. Claude decides what to ask the database; the tool layer enforces what's allowed.
Production reliability: Claude Sonnet 4 primary → GPT-4 Turbo fallback → OpenRouter tertiary. If one provider degrades, agent quality stays intact.
The Client Health Score converts operational and marketing data into ranked actions and a 24-hour recovery playbook. The data drives the customer outcome — not the other way around.

Flowstate is direct, on-the-job evidence for the AI Solution Strategist responsibilities — built solo, in production, for a paying client. The same patterns Cognigy frames publicly: hybrid agentic AI (deterministic SQL + generative reasoning), tool calling for real customer outcomes, multi-tenant production reliability, and a performance-data feedback loop that drives concrete customer action. Not a miniature of what NiCE Cognigy does — a miniature of how they do it.
